BURR RIDGE, IL — Weil-McLain is offering homeowners a $1,000 rebate and participating contractors a $200 incentive on qualifying ECO Hybrid Dual Fuel Hydronic System installations completed through Oct. 31, 2026.

The ECO Hybrid Smarter Heating Rebate is designed to help contractors address homeowner concerns about the upfront cost of higher-efficiency heating equipment. The homeowner rebate can also be combined with eligible state and federal incentives, potentially further reducing the cost of a hybrid heating installation.

Hybrid System Combines Heat Pump Efficiency With Boiler Reliability

The ECO Hybrid Dual Fuel Hydronic System combines an air-to-water heat pump with a high-efficiency Weil-McLain gas boiler. The system automatically selects the most economical heat source based on outdoor conditions, allowing homeowners to use heat pump technology while retaining gas-fired heating capacity during colder weather.

Qualifying installations must include an ECO HP Indoor Unit, ECO HP Outdoor Unit and ECO HP Accessory Box.

Contractor Incentive Supports Hybrid Heating Sales

Participating contractors can receive a $200 incentive for each qualifying installation. Eligible installations can be registered through the Weil-McLain ProTools® app or online.

“Many homeowners are interested in hybrid heating but remain concerned about upfront costs ,” said Konrad Witek, Senior Product Manager with Weil-McLain. “This rebate, combined with available government incentives, helps make high-efficiency hydronic systems more attainable while creating additional opportunities for contractors.”

Rebate Claims Extend Through December

Qualifying installations must be completed by Oct. 31, 2026. Homeowners must submit rebate claims by Dec. 31, 2026, giving contractors an additional tool for discussing hybrid heating options with customers during the fall heating season.
