Wrench Group Announces the Promotion of Dennis Laliberte to Chief Operating Officer

ATLANTA, GA —(BUSINESS WIRE)— Wrench Group, a national leader in home services, announced the promotion of Dennis Laliberte to Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Paul Smith.

Building on Momentum

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Laliberte joined Wrench Group in 2022 as a Regional Vice President of Operations. Previously, he served as President of All About Family Home Services, parent company of Collins Comfort Masters and All About Water in the HVAC, plumbing and water filtration services and Vice President at Parker and Sons, both in the Phoenix area. Prior to those roles, he spent nearly 18 years in various leadership roles at ARS.

Leadership and Commitment

A home services industry veteran with almost 35 years of experience, Smith joined Wrench Group as Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Under his leadership, Wrench Group has led the industry in organic growth and launched a renowed training program that focuses on training technicians, electricians, plumbers and call center teams to better serve over 2.5 million customers a year. Smith will remain on the Executive Leadership team focused on improving critical business functions.
