Quality Service Contractors (QSC), an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC), has announced Catalyst 2026: Riding into the Future, scheduled for March 23–25, 2026, at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel in Oklahoma City. Catalyst is QSC’s premier annual conference for service and repair contractors, designed to strengthen leadership, improve business performance, and deepen industry connections.
Practical Education Built for Service Leaders
Catalyst 2026 will feature hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions focused on the real-world challenges service contractors face every day. Educational tracks will emphasize accountability, prioritization, time management, and proven business strategies aimed at delivering measurable results inside service operations.
Peer Networking That Drives Real Value
In addition to formal education, Catalyst is structured to maximize contractor-to-contractor engagement. Attendees will participate in interactive live sessions, peer group roundtable discussions, and informal meetups designed to encourage open discussion and idea sharing among service leaders.
Oklahoma City Experience and Community Building
The conference blends education with social and community-focused experiences, including shared meals and organized social events. Highlights include an evening at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and group outings to local landmarks such as Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, giving attendees opportunities to connect beyond the classroom.
Leadership Perspective from the NFL Sidelines
Catalyst 2026 will also feature a keynote address from Coach Matthew Smiley, former special teams coordinator for the Buffalo Bills. Smiley’s presentation will focus on leadership perspective, team performance, and the mindset required to navigate future challenges in a competitive environment.
