BEDFORD, MA — F.W. Webb Company has opened a new 143,000-square-foot store and warehouse in Central Islip, New York, giving plumbing, HVACR, industrial, and facility maintenance professionals faster access to more than 20,000 in-stock products.

Located at 31 Windsor Place, the facility is designed for quick buy-and-go purchasing, allowing contractors, technicians, facility managers, and other trade professionals to place orders by phone, text, or through the F.W. Webb mobile app and pick them up with minimal delay.

Webb Company. “Not only will we provide a wide range of products from industry-leading manufacturers in Central Islip, but we will also expand and refine our fire fabrication capabilities in nearby West Babylon, benefiting even more professionals across the sectors we serve.”

Built to Keep Contractors Productive

The Central Islip location enables contractors to purchase equipment, replacement parts, tools, cleaning supplies, and accessories in a single stop. The facility stocks a broad selection of plumbing, heating, HVACR, and industrial products, including rooftop units, condensers, and furnaces.

Its location near the Long Island Expressway and Sunrise Highway provides a centrally located supply point that helps contractors spend less time traveling and more time on the job.

Experienced Team and Fast Service

Several experienced team members from F.W. Webb's West Babylon branch have relocated to the new facility, bringing decades of expertise in plumbing, heating, HVACR, and related product categories. Some employees have 20 to 30 years of industry experience.

The combination of extensive inventory, knowledgeable staff, and free local delivery is designed to help contractors maintain project schedules, while emergency product requests can be fulfilled quickly when unexpected needs arise.

In addition to product availability, the new location offers hands-on training covering equipment and systems commonly used by contractors, including wall-hung boilers and high-efficiency HVAC systems.

F.W. Webb is also hiring sales, warehouse, inventory, and other personnel for the Central Islip operation. Meanwhile, its West Babylon location will continue operating its trade counter while undergoing renovations to expand its fire sprinkler fabrication capabilities.

The Central Islip opening is part of a broader regional investment strategy. F.W. Webb plans to renovate its nearby Centereach branch and recently opened new facilities in Somerdale, New Jersey, and Middlebury, Vermont, while relocating into upgraded facilities in Whippany, New Jersey, and Queensbury, New York.
