NORTH ANDOVER, MA — Watts Water Technologies has been named to TIME's America's Best Companies 2026 list for the second consecutive year, recognizing the company's performance in employee satisfaction, financial results and sustainability.

Developed by TIME in partnership with Statista, the annual ranking evaluates 1,000 US companies using a data-driven methodology that measures workplace culture, long-term business performance and environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.

Ranking Measures Workplace, Financial and ESG Performance

Companies recognized on the 2026 list were evaluated across three primary categories:

• Employee satisfaction, based on approximately 217,000 employee surveys covering workplace culture, compensation, working conditions and employer reputation.
• Financial performance, including multi-year analysis of revenue growth, profitability and asset performance for companies with at least $100 million in annual revenue.
• Sustainability, based on standardized environmental, social and governance metrics.
