ATLANTA, GA — Rheem, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC and water heating industry, has introduced its new Multi-Trade Pro Partner® Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Program, bringing HVAC and water heating support together under a single contractor-focused platform. The new initiative expands Rheem’s existing Rheem and Ruud Pro Partner programs to better support contractors operating across both air and water markets.
As more contractors continue expanding service offerings to include multiple trades, Rheem developed the program to create a more streamlined experience while delivering additional incentives, business resources and training opportunities.
“This new Pro Partner Program reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to support all types of trade professionals who power the industry,” said Randy Roberts, Vice President of Wholesale at Rheem North America. “By bringing together heating, cooling, and water heating under one enhanced loyalty platform, we’re equipping contractors with more tools, stronger incentives, and greater support to help grow their businesses and better serve their customers.”
One Program Designed Around Multi-Trade Contractors
Built around product innovation, program enhancements and strategic partnerships, the updated platform gives contractors access to Rheem’s residential product portfolio while providing tools designed to support long-term business growth.
The company says participating contractors may realize more than $75,000 in annual program value depending on business size and level of participation.
The program is structured around four core areas intended to strengthen contractor operations and customer relationships.
Consumer Tools Aim To Improve Customer Confidence
To help contractors create stronger homeowner experiences, the program includes customer-facing tools such as Rheem’s Quality Pledge, Residential KwikComfort® Financing and Ratings & Reviews resources.
These offerings are intended to help contractors build credibility and differentiate themselves in competitive markets while supporting homeowner confidence during purchasing decisions.
Incentives And Training Support Long-Term Growth
The contractor incentive structure includes manufacturer-administered promotions, stackable Seasonal CashBack opportunities and Residential KwikComfort Financing benefits. Contractors can also earn ProClub Rewards points on qualifying equipment purchases and receive additional bonus point opportunities.
Training and education remain another major focus of the program. Contractors gain access to:
