FALLS CHURCH, VA — The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors—National Association (PHCC) is launching a new professional development program for service and repair business owners: the Visionary Peer Groups. The initiative brings together small groups of plumbing, heating, and cooling professionals for structured, coach-led collaboration focused on real-world business improvement.
Focused Groups, Real Results
Beginning in January 2026, PHCC members who register will be placed into peer groups of up to fifteen participants. Each group will meet monthly via Zoom for 60 to 90 minutes, with discussions guided by experienced business coaches. Sessions are designed to help owners and general managers share best practices, solve operational challenges, and hold each other accountable for business goals.
A Trusted Network for Business Growth
Participants will gain access to a confidential community of peers who face similar industry realities—from workforce and scheduling issues to customer retention and profitability. Each group functions as a “board of advisors,” offering feedback, benchmarking data, and encouragement in areas such as team leadership, operations, and customer service.
Enrollment Now Open
Contractors interested in joining the first Visionary Peer Groups are encouraged to register by December 31, 2025. For more information, contact Beth Dobkin at [email protected] or 916/835-5013.
