Senior management appointment strengthens financial oversight for GF Building Flow Solutions Americas
GF has announced the appointment of Javier Alarcón as Vice President of Finance for GF Building Flow Solutions Americas, effective Dec. 15, 2025. In this role, Alarcón will oversee all Finance and Accounting functions and serve as a member of the company’s Senior Management Committee.
Alarcón will report to GF Building Flow Solutions Americas President John Reutter, who previously served as Vice President of Finance and held the position on an interim basis.
Experienced Finance Leadership Supporting Long-Term Growth
Most recently, Alarcón spent six years at CHS Inc., where he served as Segment Chief Financial Officer for Agriculture. Prior to that, he held senior finance roles with leading brands including Dairy Farmers of America and Conagra Brands.
Throughout his career, Alarcón has led financial transformations designed to improve visibility, strengthen controls, and support long-term value creation.
Senior Management Role Focused on Operational Excellence
In his new role, Alarcón will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, and governance across GF Building Flow Solutions Americas, supporting the organization’s continued growth and operational execution.

Strong Academic Foundation and Global Perspective
Alarcón holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, both from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
Across his career, he has supported organizations through strategic decision-making, transformation initiatives, and cross-border expansion—experience that aligns with GF Building Flow Solutions’ focus on disciplined growth and operational performance across the Americas.
