APPLE VALLEY, MN — GF Building Flow Solutions, home of the Uponor brand, has officially reopened its renovated North American headquarters in Apple Valley, Minnesota, following a major office modernization project designed to enhance collaboration, product development, and employee experience.
Company leaders welcomed His Excellency Ralf Heckner, Switzerland's Ambassador to the United States, along with local government officials and community partners to celebrate the reopening and tour the updated facility.

Modernized Workspace Designed for Product Development
The 47,000-square-foot headquarters renovation features expanded open collaboration areas, upgraded conference rooms and workstations equipped with new technology, and redesigned workspaces intended to improve communication across teams.
A key component of the project was relocating the company's research laboratories to a more central location within the building, creating updated facilities intended to accelerate product development and engineering innovation.
Community Leaders Join Grand Reopening
The celebration included remarks from Reutter, Ambassador Heckner, Apple Valley Mayor Clint Hooppaw, and a recorded message from US Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who previously toured the Apple Valley facility. The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by guided tours of the renovated headquarters.
Office Design Reflects Company Heritage
Designed by HGA and constructed by PCL Construction, the renovated headquarters also incorporates artwork from Twin Cities artists that highlights GF's Swiss heritage while preserving the legacy of the Uponor brand throughout the office.
The investment underscores GF Building Flow Solutions' continued commitment to its Minnesota operations, where the company employs more than 800 people while supporting product innovation and manufacturing for North American customers.
