LAS VEGAS, NV — Maintaining restroom performance and water quality in a high-traffic sports venue requires more than routine inspections and reactive maintenance.

Traditionally, restroom maintenance in large venues relied heavily on manual inspections and reactive service calls. SC Argus Pro changes that process by acting as a centralized monitoring platform for connected fixtures throughout the facility.
The system provides instant visibility into operational status, performance data, and maintenance alerts, helping facility teams respond proactively and reduce downtime.
Las Vegas Ballpark’s connected system includes multiple SC Argus Pro-enabled products designed to work together across restrooms and hydration stations.

Automated Line Flushing Helps Maintain Water Quality
One operational challenge for stadiums and entertainment venues is intermittent water usage during off-seasons or between large events. Water remaining stagnant in pipes can create odors and increase the risk of bacterial growth.
Using SC Argus Pro, facility teams can remotely schedule automated line flushes for connected faucets, flushometers, and bottle fillers to maintain water circulation and water quality throughout the stadium.
The automated flushing capability helps prevent stagnation while reducing the need for manual intervention by maintenance personnel.
Smart Hydration Stations Support Sustainability Goals
To support guest hydration in Nevada’s desert climate, the stadium also installed Sloan’s DRS120 DropSpot Bottle Fillers and Water Coolers throughout the facility.
